2. Appointment Cancellations
Cancellation by Patient:
- Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time will receive a full refund.
- Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee.
- No-shows or cancellations after the appointment time has passed will not be eligible for a refund.
Cancellation by K-Wire Health Solutions:
- If we need to cancel your appointment for any reason, you will be notified as soon as possible, and a full refund will be provided.
3. Service Refunds
Eligibility:
- Refunds for services already provided are generally not available. However, if you are unsatisfied with the service for any reason, please contact us at support@kwirehealth.com or 92 0693 0693, and we will review your case on an individual basis.
Processing Refunds:
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days. The refund will be credited back to the original payment method used for the transaction.
4. Subscription Services
Cancellation:

- If you cancel a subscription, you will continue to have access to the subscription services until the end of your current billing period.
Refunds:
- Refunds for subscription services will not be provided for any billing period already started. Refunds are only available if the cancellation request is made before the billing period begins.

- Cancellation:
- Health packages can be canceled within 7 days of purchase for a full refund, provided no services within the package have been utilized.
- If any part of the health package has been used, a prorated refund will be provided based on the services utilized.
